The intelligent battery shunt The SmartShunt is an all-in-one battery monitor, only without a display. Your phone acts as a display. The SmartShunt connects to the VictronConnect app on your phone (or tablet) via Bluetooth and you can conveniently read out all monitored battery parameters such as charge status, remaining time, history information and much more. Alternatively the SmartShunt can be connected and read by a GX device. The connection to the SmartShunt is made via a VE.Direct cable. The SmartShunt is a great alternative for BMV battery monitoring, especially for systems where battery monitoring is required but less wiring and clutter is desired.
